What earlier experiences and knowledge do you bring to the Cold Chain market?
I have a lot of experience communicating with different stakeholders and people. I think the key to success for a project, group etc., is good communication and getting everybody to understand the common goal.
I have also worked with product development for a long time and love processes and improving them, coming up with ideas on how to streamline the work we do, to have more time for innovation and being creative.
How does a day in your work life look?
It is a lot of talking and connecting. As a Product Manager it is all about creating the bigger picture. So, talking to many different people to gather information on how the market develops, competitors progress and the latest for our products. At the same time one day can just be deep diving into excel and calculating CO2 emissions for our solutions.

I think that is one of the strengths with the company, the ability to help each other out and solve problems together. I have never felt embarrassed or been put down for asking a question. And I ask a lot of questions!
